Inja Korać graduated in Political Science and Journalism, both from the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb and holds an MA in Audiovisual Management from the Media Business School, MEGA Plus, Spain. Works as a programmer for Motovun FF and IDFF Beldocs and as a head of Industry program for Zagreb FF. In 2022 she launched a production company and has produced an author documentary series in 9 episodes for National Tv – HRT. Has background in cinema programming and distribution, finished internship at Dogwoof UK, worked as an associate at festival department of Taskovski Films and coordinated Restart distribution and Motovun distribution in Croatia. Worked as a producer and programmer for cinema specialized for documentaries for seven years. Member of Croatian producers association.

ItalyAlessandro Del Re (Portogruaro – Italy, 1992) is Senior Programming Manager for MUBI Italy and co-artistic director for Lago Film Fest and has worked as programming and acquisitions manager for Reading Bloom, Italian distribution company, and as programming advisor for Pordenone Docs Fest, IsReal – Festival di Cinema del Reale and Short Waves Festival. He founded and directs, with Viviana Carlet and Carlo Migotto, 30___70 DOC FEST, a festival exclusively dedicated to medium-length documentaries, and Lago Film Residency, a year-round residency programme in Lago for international filmmakers. He produced with Giulia Briccardi “A Soft Hiss of This World” by Federico Cammarata and Filippo Foscarini.
Laurynas Bareiša
LithuaniaLaurynas Bareiša is a Lithuanian film director, DoP and editor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Vilnius University and cinematography from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. In 2016 he finished his studies for a master’s degree in film directing. His most noticeable shrt films -“The Camel” (San Sebastian FF 2016), “By the Pool” (Venice IFF, Orizzonti 2017), “Caucasus” (Locarno FF, Leopards of Tomorrow 2018), “Dummy” (Berlinale Shorts 2020). Laurynas Bareiša’s debut feature film “Pilgrims” premiered at the 78th Venice Film Festival where it won the Orizzonti Award for Best Film. L. Bareiša worked as a cinematographer on the feature films of Marija Kavtaradze – “Summer Survivors” (Toronto IFF, Discovery 2018) and “Slow” (Sundance 2023), and Titas Laucius’s debut feature “Parade” (Tallinn Black Nights FF 2022).
