Summer 2008, an 8-year-old boy visits his father in Hong Kong, applying for permanent ID. As the visit comes to an end, they find it increasingly difficult to ask what they want from each other.
About the director:
ZHAO Hao is a director/screenwriter/cinematographer graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. His feature film project 15 Seconds of Spotlight is an official selection of the 2020 SIFF Film Project. His most recent short Fang Ke, which he wrote and directed with TUNG Yeung, premiered at the 60th SEMAINE DE LA CRITIQUE Cannes Film Festival 2021. TUNG Yeung was born in Zengcheng, Guangdong. He is currently pursuing an MFA degree in Film Production at NYU.
