In a private farm, a butterfly is born only to be sold as a prop for a concert. Its journey to the music hall reflects the struggle to survive in the modern-day civilization.
Bio:
Marija Stonytė studied BA and MA in Film Directing at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. She has made short fiction and documentary films that won national and international awards. She was awarded by Lithuanian Film Academy and won Silver Craine Egg (2010, 2017), The Young Artist Award 2017 by the Lithuanian Ministry of Culture, participated at IDFAcademy 2016 and IDFAcademy Summer School 2019.
